Blinkshot Refund Policy

Blinkshot is $12 once, with a free 14 day trial before you pay. If it still isn’t right, you can have your money back within 14 days of buying. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean OnBoardConnect.

Effective November 3, 2026

14 days, no questions

If Blinkshot isn’t what you wanted, email blinkshot@onboardconnect.io within 14 days of your purchase and you’ll get your money back. You don’t have to say why.

Blinkshot has a free 14 day trial, so you can use the whole app before paying. This policy is for the things a trial can’t catch: you bought it twice, you bought it for a Mac you no longer have, or it simply turned out not to suit the way you work.

How to ask for one

Email blinkshot@onboardconnect.io from the address you bought with, or include your order number. That’s all that’s needed.

Refunds are made by Paddle, who handle payment for Blinkshot, back to the card or account you paid with. They usually appear within five to ten business days, depending on your bank.

After a refund

Your licence key stops being valid for new installations. Blinkshot doesn’t check keys over the internet, so a copy already running keeps working until you remove the licence in Settings. You’re asked to do that, and relied on to.

Nothing happens to your screenshots. They are your files, in your own folder, and Blinkshot has never had a copy of them.

Your statutory rights

This policy is in addition to the rights you have by law, which it doesn’t limit. If you’re in the UK, the EU, or another place with a statutory right to cancel a digital purchase, you keep that right in full. Paddle, as the merchant of record, is the seller for your purchase and is responsible alongside us for honouring it.
